By engaging Sabharwal Kitchen Factory for design, manufacture or installation services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the site measurements and specifications shared at that time. Changes in scope may revise pricing.

Orders & payments

Orders are confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance. Balance payments are collected as per the schedule mentioned in your final quotation.

Delivery & installation

We commit to written timelines. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (site readiness, material availability) will be communicated in advance.

Warranty

Warranty terms on carcass, hinges and channels are provided in writing with the final quotation. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, water ingress or third-party modifications.

Cancellations

Once manufacturing is initiated, cancellations may be subject to material and labour charges already incurred.
